Thai Massage:
Often referred to as lazy man's yoga. Thai massage offers deep stratching and relaxation to the the client. This is excellent for those looing to expand their yoga practice. Thai massage is done on a mat as opposed to table and the client remains in loose fitting clothes. No oils are used during the massage. Traditional Thai massage icorporates passive yoga with massage to muscle, tendons, pressure points and energy lines.
